When I design a menu, I think beyond just taste. I focus on how each dish looks, how it’s served, and that moment when it’s placed in front of your guests. I love seeing that first reaction, before they’ve even taken a bite.

When it comes to your wedding, I know how much the details matter. It’s not just about how things look, it’s about how the day feels for you and everyone in the room.

Food plays a big part in that.

I started Luxury Chefs because I’ve always believed that great food brings people together. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to cook for so many different events, but weddings are always the most special. There’s something about being part of a day that people remember for the rest of their lives that never gets old.

For me, it’s not about offering set menus and ticking boxes. It’s about understanding what you want your day to feel like and creating something around that. Whether that’s elegant and refined, relaxed and familiar, or something completely unique to you, I’ll work with you to build a menu that fits.

Everything we do is designed around you and your guests. That includes making sure everyone is looked after, especially those with dietary requirements. No one should feel like an afterthought when it comes to food.

I also care a lot about where our ingredients come from. Being based in Kent, I try to source as much as possible locally and seasonally. It not only supports local suppliers, but it genuinely makes a difference to the quality of the food on the plate.
